I'm glad you noticed that. I've been pointing out for the past couple of years how Molex and Spectra7 have been working together, but others on the board here tried to refute it.

Ebrahim Abunasrah, who was (still is?) our VP of data center products, used to work for Molex, and Molex has a property just a mile or so away from Spectra7's data center office in Arkansas.

The CEO has even stated, at an investor event, that they are working with Molex. So, I don't think it's an accident that the wording is slightly different.

I think the Foxconn and Luxshare deals are basically them selling fur Spectra7, but the Molex deal is a much closer relationship, wherein the two companies are closely working together to develop new products (just a little hint here, look for Molex and Spectra7 to announce a new product that goes INSIDE data center servers in the near future)
