Here's a prediction in line with recent Premier bad luck

Here's a prediction in line with recent Premier bad luckCenterra will be forced to either shut down Kumtor while order is restored, have the mine taken away by the next administration by claiming that the premits were fraudulently issued or mining taxes will be reassessed to the point where it does not make sense to mine. That is what happens when one invests for the long run in an unstable state. That said, Centerra will likely slow walk 1) the remaining funding of the JV 2) may not be able to fund their proportionate share 3) sell the project.  Yep, PG will likely trade at $5 to $6 more likely in the longer run than the shorter run.
