Are you the guy who said the following?
Schaff: "A shelf prospectus is liquidity insurance, plain and simple.  It is prudent to put this in place and I would be demanding they have one as a shareholder.  Kudos to the VIVO management team on doing the right thing here."

In his 3 year tenure, Barry has taken this down by 90%. Not sure why you would continue to be so sanguine when his failure to execute has been remarkable. 

Please give us a break from all of your wise words Mr. "full position" dude.
