Yep. It's a similar story to KNR which I'm also invested in. Until there is revenue on the board that is declared and size-able by the market this will remain at the low end. The manipulation is curious but there aren't a whole lot of shares traded and since people seem willing to give them away for cheap the price remains down. Financials > trading volume > knock out the penny traders > jackpot.

Simple formula but one that requires patience.
