Without proof?   Hahahahahahahaha!  That's rich. 

Which part of MGX and which of Jared's hundreds of false, misleading or deceptive NR's or personal interviews have not been a scam or a outright lie?  If anything Jared said was true over the past 5 years then MGX would already be bringing in 100's of millions in revenue per year from nanoflotation filtration in the oilsands with lithiium sales, Driftwood magnesium mining, Fran Gold, Heino Gold, South American rapid lithium extraction unit sales and lithium production, some sort of battery for a marijuana grow op with Braingrid, Silicon mining, vanadium extraction, Kibby lithium production with Belmont, Parodox Valley lithium along with residual oil production, thousands of ZincAir units sold and in production etc etc.  Need I go on?  Which one of these was not a total and complete scam? 

How many lies can one man tell and yet you allenjames still say he is a legit and honest businessman?  This company is and continues to be nothing but a worthless bag of lies and unsettled lawsuits.  Let me know the dates when you want me to show up for my court appearance so I can explain to the judge why what I write is not slander but rather cold hard fact based on provable history, written works of Jared and video proof.  I think that a judge will also see the humor in your statements of me being slanderous.  I have no problem standing behind my statements in a court of law as I am not the one deceiving people out of millions of dollars.
