RE:OK so why now?I see two possible explanations, and both imply that things are going maybe better than expected, and our institutionnal investors are pushing things forward as much as they can.
The first explanation is covid revenue is steady and the demand is so huge that they still need to ramp up even more, as they see this thing is going to be the headline for still more than a year. You cannot spit on millions of revenue per month no matter what your company's mission is.
The second explanation has been put by other members here, is that they want to fill one of the (nasdaq?) requirements of a minimum cash in hand for uplisting (10 millions?). I don't have the info at hand, but it's possible too.
We passed through a reverse split and another offering and we are still at the same sp as before. It's amazing I have never seen that. But I have not seen too many times a company doing those events when they are at their best in terms of performance neither.
I am patient. I am confident it'll pay off big time. For me it's just a matter of wether making a lot of money with szls or making a crazy shiet boat load of money with it. I feel we are very lucky to have Echelon and Clarus with us, they are an incredible force in this company and it's well felt.
