RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New Reactions This is good. People trying to lower  the stock price so they can buy millions of shares at a cheaper price. Not a problem, I'll just buy more and save some money. Request for Proposals R.F.P. means that the road is goig to be built soon. Any one with a brain knows this.
