RE:RE:So lemme get this straightif a company did offer any money (dont believe this at all) Tripp has a fiduciary duty to his shareholders, if that didnt happen then any company can go for a hostile takeover. 

I am not sure what or who has the controling interest in SZ but it would be nice to have an official total. what % is held by who after the PP.
