no you didnt get my point. I invested in riocan because they said they are getting big into rental residential. But it turns out they are just s developer on a side. That's why I got in riocan, instead of buying car.un with insane premium due to being residential, I got into riocan and wait for the market to price in the residential portfolio in 5 to 8 years. But that was all a pipe dream because market wont give riocan a residential premium if they dont keep any for themselves.
