5.4x FFO run rate...

5.4x FFO run rate...So we have a $7.39 CAD FFO/unit run rate on a $40 CAD stock. Plus they made over $4 CAD/unit this year buying equities in march that doesn't show up in earnings. So we are sitting at 5.4x FFO after a year of COVID not including gains on equities.  WTF.
