Directors IncompetenceYour Company is on the cusp of being recognized as having as your Directors put it Best In Class technology and your President stops the price of your shares from reaching any responsive gains. You have a financing at 9 cents U.S. overhanging the market and your CEO states this is a historic day forward for your Company. You shareholders have to recognize this President has ulterior motives for deliberately keeping the stock price down.
