Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:The Market didn’t want classic Aphria

RE:The Market didn’t want classic AphriaI don't like the deal but you are going too far here. There is zero chance former Aphria insiders own SweetWater, what in the world are you talking about. There was nothing wrong with the acquisition itself, it's just not the right play for Aphria considering the price, nor is it what the market wanted.

Most likely former insiders and I can garuantee shorts will dig for every owner and shareholder of the company they are buying. If it turns out Cole or Vic or families or former board members own this brewery or something it won't be illegal because they are former insiders of Aphria but I can promise you all faith in Aphria will be gone and Irwin will be stoned before he makes it to his vehicle. This deal better be on the up and up. If it is then I think it's not so bad at all. Expensive but not bad
