Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

When this deal closes APHA will

When this deal closes APHA will have well over 300 000 000 shares outstanding. With 100M worth of shares ATM plus 50M converted to shares upon closing Aphria will add approximately 25 million more shares in dilution. What I don't understand is why they are bragging about swampwaters distribution to over 10 000 restaurants . You can count on 1000 of those closing and the rest having less business for quite some time so how is this a positive talking point? Faaack. They are predicting 200 000 cases of Covid 19 a day by the US Thanksgiving. That's a rate 4x higher than the spring ffs.
