Just read the Concerned Shareholders Investor Presentation (https://fixaustralis.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Investor-Presentation.pdf). Quite interesting and if you haven’t given it a look I suggest you do. The failures by the incumbent board are massive and far reaching. But honestly it’s not too late for the new board to turn things around. Page 31 was quite good which outlines the plan moving forward. I think for me the best thing is that they are going to make use of the assets they have and given the massive losses the incumbent board has overseen the new board will be working with a lot less than they should be. But they can make good use of the intellectual property and brand building as well as license out the IP to other manufactures as a source of low cost high quality product rather than needing to invest millions more in building up infrastructure. This can also help them build something profitable quicker by partnering with the already established producers.
