RE:RE:KNR - 18 months ahead

I would imagine that they will look to fund/partner with an American made solution first before entertaining proposals from abroad unless the proposition that kontrol offers is so much better and more advance (tech and timeframe) than competition that it becomes indefensible not to go with them.
