$450 Million Buy Out For Quarterhill

A $450 Million Dollar Buy out offer for QTRH, would give us a value of $3.92 a share. The buyer would get $180Mil back in cash, $200+Million U.S. from Apple for all models in 2021. $180 cash+ $260Cnd Apple= $440 back so $10Million would be the offer to buy out IRD and WiLAN and all its other patents. So $5Million value for each company.

Only a fool would not be loading up on QTRH.
