RE:RE:RE:RE:How long until a $30 handle with Pfizer vaccine?possibly, but Smartcentres in Montreal were packed the entire scamdemic so I am not worried. Smartcentres was able to maintain a low payout ratio during the heigh of scamdemic. I think we can tell by positioning today into "boomer stocks" this was not a one-off incident but a sector rotation back into yielding plays that are inching towards a much safer future. SRU is a low risk high yielding play in an era of record low rates.

I don't expect this to be a one-off incident but we'll see. 

I sold some slow moving stuff to jump deeper into SRU and an energy play at open.

My expectation is SRU is at a pre-covid valuation well before the vaccine is released to the public.
