Everything you are touting is misdirection. Canopy has licenses for Canada yes, but Canopy does not acquire Acreage's "licenses" (read: dispensaries) until weed is federally legal in the US at which time they are irrelevant. You are touting yet another overpay Canopy has done
Aphria can sell CBD products at any time if THC content is below 0.3% content and derived for hemp. This is why Sweetwater is beneficial in Canada and US. Sweetwater is the plan you claim to not see. Any other concern you claim Canopy has an advantage over Aphria does not come to fruition until minimum 2-3 years from now
Until the American legal system infrastructure is in place, Aphria does not need to tie themselves down to a business model that may not be optimal before then. Aphria is the safest bet as it is profitable today and does not rely on hype... or overly aggress posts on Stockhouse from some retail investor...
