RE:RE:RE:Big News Quebec Schools 🌀Hi folks, I own a marketing strategy company so thought I would weigh in on this. If I were advising them I would have Sagecomm focused on a few things right now and it would be focused on helping to build a company that can succeed over the next 5-10 years and not just the next 5-10 weeks (which as a shareholder is worth remembering, no matter how frustrating): 1) new name and visual identity system to support it (how the brand looks and messages itself) - assume a new website and marketing materials for Kontrol Technologies are being built to launch - this takes time and you won't see it until it goes live all at once but is crucial to getting the right multiplier once you hit the grown up exchanges. 2) Direct outreach to prospects- helping them with pitch materials and answering rfps and so on. None of which the market sees but which is incredibly time intensive as well as building the case to transition to TSX and ultimately the Nasdaq in time 3) Thought leadership and content around safe space technology and the importance of it to enable smoother transitions back to physical spaces - this needs to be ratified by academic journals and corroborated by experts - takes time and likely wouldn't target broad market release initially - don't expect consumer focused advertising - would be a waste of time and money 4) PR, government engagement (partnership with their lobbyists) and a drumbeat of announcements around milestones hit and deals made as well as further positioning Paul's bonafides in this space - we've seen two of these. More will come out as they are done. There's probably more but suffice to say they are building Everest, most of it lives below the waterline that we as shareholders don't see and we are just waiting for the snowy peak. It will come. Trust the process. GLTA
