sru is trading at 20% discount to NAV, rion is trading at 50% to nav, show me the math that all the buy back which is less than a million share account for multi billion dollar difference betwee the NAV? Also what about HR. Idiot. Walmart is why sru is trading closer to nav than riocan plus the CONDIDENCE from ceo purchasing. See? Market is more confident in sru due to Walmart and ceo buyback
