The company doesn't have the money to buy back shares. They're spending investors' money on drilling and preparing the mine operation. The BIG catalyst that we're all waiting for is the actual first and then continued gold pour. As soon as they announce that they're successfully a producer, share prices should jump. Other catalysts will be finding a lot more gold and/or a buy-out.
