If ones brain is functioning, the following should happend.
First: Come forward with the american news.
Second: (if the results from Europe is somewhat good) Present that news, not long after the first news. But not on a friday and preferably not on a weekend. Since Frankfurt opens very early, it is probably better to give out new news after the closeing of the Canada-market and on a working day.

Sorry for any misspelling, I'm after all swedish.
