I think the person is venting b/c he/she was taken for a ride. Look at the last run this had into the 70's. Management sold like crazy. Let it drop and consolidated it. I had a small position through the first run and did pick up a good chunk at low prices after the consolidation. If not for the second batch I would be under water. 
If you check insider sales there's a seller again and insiders baffle me on how they do what they do in this one. 
IMO, this is a trade ... on a pump.
That said, kinda interested in seeing if they will pull off anything with the NFG case. NFG has gone ballistic.
