RE:Cheers to Gadgie and Dinka...some real BULL to chew on ; - ) No, you keep putting words in my mouth in an attempt to obfuscate and dilute my posts.
I'm saying the company doesn't make a profit despite having multiple FDA approvals. Thats the main problem as well as problem number one.
Secondly, no shareholder that I've had the pleasure of speaking to or reading from is happy with their investment. (If you're out there... please speak up, I want to hear what you have to say). That's problem number 2... investors act like brand ambassadors for your capital markets side. So without happy ones word of mouth goes no where. To compound this problem there seems to be little effort in the way of IR. Or IR is highly innefective.
Third. The employees are unhappy as per their unfiltered reviews on glassdoor. (We are privileged to live in a day and time when we are able to get such insight). One also points to specific areas such as sales and HR while others point to management and executives being unsavoury characters that are disinterested in the well being of their workforce. I'll leave it at that, you've read it yourself... I've paraphrased it mildly.
If one were to couple that with the last argument in inference could be drawn between the two to say that there is a pervasisve and systemic issue in the company's management. An 'attitude' or 'corporate culture' issue that would be difficult to resolve because it's deeply entrenched and involves the character and personality of management. Who? No one has specified. Maybe it's just mid level management.
IF and I said IF the aforementioned three points are true.( This is ALL speculation based on available information pooled from investors and employees.) than it could be said that the only salvation here would be if someone were to buy them out or take the reigns from them to do the sales part. Nothing to date, that I can see, points to a thriving, enjoyable, collaborative workplace that takes care of its own. Including investors.
If you can write anything other than babble I'd love to hear someone else's point of view.

You've made some excellent points...
So what youre saying is that the worse they do despite arrangements with multiple FDA approvals, deals with Toray , Fresenius, Baxter and a few "placeholders" is totally beneficial and really poor performance could land you a key to the washroom with the high end tooshie washer?
I say we screw up the AGM too, make it so they ( retail holders ) cant vote or ask any questions that expose critical, financing incentive programs!! Lol
Imagine an IR program that led the price loer to benefit a select few?
I think such an imaginary business would need to include people working the public bullboards too
Dinka you should apply if such a position were ever to arise! HaHa, like it would eh? That would be like FRAUD!
