RE:Good news?!? I think you better read a little more closely Schitt, its worse than I thought, I just realized ... Matica didn't GIVE RoyalMax MMJ shares to acquire the extra %age ... no, Matica BOUGHT shares of RoyalMax to settle what RoyalMax owed TO Matica !!.. 

Folks, that is seriously f*cked up.  Something really really stinks here.

"Matica has purchased 100,000 common shares of RoyalMax in satisfaction of the penalties owing to Matica for RoyalMax's failure to pay debts owed by RoyalMax to Matica..."
