RE:RE:If there was ever a time to sell DIMI If they got $50M today for DIMI and SAMI combined I would personally consider that the greatest commercial success the company has ever had.
Combine the sales of SAMI, and let's argue that if DIMI was an equal commercial 'success', since the day it came out and it would take another 15 years for them to make that much. They would be fully financed and they would still be on track for Tigris. I would argue that with $55 total in the coffers and a phase 3b trial the stock would be due for a re rating. Maybe we could trade at 75c. Put some of that money into a company with young ambitious minds and a good idea. A willingness to do road shows and all that and maybe some ownership there would cause the price to go
up here.

Imagine all these skilled nursing facilities that risk the lives of their patients transporting them during a pandemic. Aside from the obvious pain inflicted on their family members from the loss of a loved one, but a patient lost, no longer pays a monthly. It's a win win for the families and the facility.
First off, they will sell the twins together - almost for sure.
In any event, reading between the lines, it's likely coming down to ...
1. Sell the twins now for $ 300 M?, or
2. Sell the twins in 2021 for $ 800 M ? (with full FDA approval and HHD sign-off approval.) or
3. Sell the twins in 2022 for $ 1.2B ? (with approval plus $ 100M+ in sales)
With Baxter financing the Tigris PMX Trial, I know what I'd do.
DYODD the numbers above are just off the dart-board.

PS Inca, did you buy your shares back already ?
