Just `cos the Company made an announcement on the 24th of September that a re-submission had been made doesn`t mean that the re-submission was made on the 24th itself - highly unlikley in fact - or on the 20th the 18th or the 10th of September for that matter.

Is the Company awaiting a letter from the FDA or did one arrive a week ago?
