So you just figure calling something a "pump and dump" without any evidence for it actually being that constitutes an argument?

If a) zinc air batteries didn't actually exist or b) if utilities weren't interested in them you might actually have something of a case perhaps, but neither appear to be true.

So you must therefore think Ron and Simon went into NYPA and really duped them with some song and dance they were too stupid to see through as a result. How do you figure they did that? Have you called NYPA to explain this to them? No?
