My reply to Bruce Linton Thank you for your reply Mr. Linton. I have emailed John and Tracy before with my frustrations and have not received a reply so I appreciate you taking the time to respond.
The fact that Mr. Proctor has been CEO for 3 years and still owns 0 shares is very troublesome to me any many other investors. I know you don't follow the online message boards but let me tell you it's very negative and angry on Martello right now. Many of us are tired of this investment producing negative returns when the tech sector overall is soaring and companies are being valued at 10 and 15x multiples. Martello is 3x.
We are running out of patience with this company. Your 3 ratings agencies have a target price of $0.45, $0.60 and $0.70 respectively on your company. We are nowhere near that. Mr. Proctor is severely underperforming. Your stock page on BNN has interviews and news from almost 2 years ago on it. We are not relevant.
Mr. Proctor needs to go. A message has to be sent to the investment community you understand the urgency of the situation because a 30% share drop needs to be taken seriously and addressed. Investors voted with their shares and it wasn't pretty. The Q2 earnings were a massive let down.
Please Mr. Linton I know you are busy but take the interim CEO role until a replacement can be found. I bought this company because I want you involved and I believe in you. $0.20 a share is not acceptable. Right now, I am seriously regretting this investment.
