Aris Mining Corporation is a gold producer in the Americas. The Company is engaged in operating two mines with expansions underway in Colombia. The Segovia Operation is located in the Segovia-Remedios mining district in the department of Antioquia, Colombia, approximately 180 kilometers (km) northeast of Medellin. The Segovia Operations comprises four active underground gold mining operations, which include El Silencio, Sandra K, Providencia, and Carla. It has over 11 titles with a total area of 5,335.58 hectares (ha). The Marmato underground gold mine is located on the west side of the town of Marmato, in Marmato municipality of Caldas Department, in the Republic of Colombia, approximately 80 km from Medellin and 200 km northwest of the capital city of Bogota. The Company is also the operator and 51% owner of the Soto Norte Project, which is advancing to develop a new underground gold, silver and copper mine. In Guyana, it is advancing the Toroparu, a gold/copper project.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Looks like shorts knew what was comingsince neil likes acquisitions, maybe he will want to buy out gcm, giving gcm a well known management that is liked by the market. then gcm would get fair market value under neil's management, plus a premium to gcm shareholders on acquisition. spin out a company so it can take you out, like a snake eating itself lol

Neil woodyer was ceo of endeavour mining. Took that stock from 3-4 dollars to 20 plus. Then took the money over leagold. Did decent with that stock as well 2 to 4 dollars before it was bought by equinox. 


I held both these stocks albeit only small positions.

would I buy again. I sure would. Follow smart money and good mgmt that has made you money. If I can get under 2 I will consider! 

Apologies as this is more caldas than gcm. Also, Neil is known for acquiring and growing the company. I would expect caldas to be more active in acquiring than gcm. Just my 2 cents from experience
