Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. jr bio tech....clearly a con game....yes you get spikes....,,But not to rain on people....But i think the burn rate is so substantial,..As long as you know what you are doing...gambling....not investing.....most likely this will spread by 15% every week...down and up down and up
