When you do that, you better prove up 110% of the time on the topic you dissed someone on. All the blue sky is kinda followed by something like this "We cannot overemphasize the opportunity this presents. That is not to say that there are no risks moving forward, or that future contracts are guaranteed. That is definitely not true. There are no guarantees, however we can say with certainty that we are conservatively ticking the boxes one by one." There are risks moving forward, future contracts are not guaranteed. This is definitely something we should be clear about, there are no guarantees, but.... Come on. Every company has a disclaimer and they say it once, not hammer it 4 times in a couple of sentences. Hope to make the money I am losing and about to lose sometime next year and hopefully it will offset all the plays that are making good gains. Cripes, even Air Canada has outperformed this one over the past few weeks.
Canyou. I respect your opinion and would be lying if I didn’t say that this PR was disappointing. I totally understand your frustration. With that said. I think that it is obvious that you did not do your DD as thoroughly as you should have. I don’t say this lightly but perhaps it’s time you moved on. Many of us here have been in this for years. Me going on 5. Others way longer. I have felt your level of frustration on many many occasions. Peter has disappointed over the years with his very open communication style. Personally I prefer that than CEOs who never or rarely communicate. What I have learned over the years is that these deals take time. These deals can be squashed or altered in a heartbeat. The other thing I have learned is patience, patience and more patience
Obviously this is not your average company. I have had a hell of a time explaining PYR to friends and family because it is so out of the box. However once they have done some reading all agree it s potential is massive!
Totally agree their are more than a few posters on here are out to lunch with $ predictions especially when looking at timelines. And this is a huge problem because it raises expectations for those not fully aware of the potential. When posters are talking billions of dollars in sales by the end of the year for torches and we get a PR for one sale at 2 mill some people will bail cause they bought into the BS posted here.
Im retired so I’m not looking 5 years out. I have stated many times I believe PYR to be a an up and coming Blue Chipper and in well under 5 years
Seems to me that letting your frustration with Peter by answering every other post isn’t going to change a damn thing. My unsolicited advice is hang in and let this play out a while longer.
Midtown guy makes alot of sense with his analysis There is way more to this story yet to be told
Motley Fool didn’t just recommend PYR without doing some digging.
I honestly hope Canyousayiii you hang in. But bottom line sell or don’t , won’t make any difference here.
