Private equity should be looking at this as well as the following Canadian companies: Enghouse, Constellation Software, Open Text, BlackBerry, Absolute Software. I am sure there are many more American ones too.

This valuation is a joke for a company who is growing and a clear reflection of the sleepy management and board. Better luck next time you lazy bums. Sell the company for what you can get and move on. You have all failed us.
