On Wednesday, NDM [Northern Dynasty Minerals] looked up about 10-cents.
It closed down more than 51%.
What happened? Trading was halted for awhile.

Our Story: In June 2015, a shell [War Chest] called CLC was formed to take over the abandoned Delta Gold Mine east of the Salton Sea in California. It was a Sunday's drive away.
On the negative side, Delta’s property line abutted a military bombing range.
That seemed a bit spooky. There is nothing out there but sand dunes.

We participated in this private placement war chest, with a one to one warrant.
NDM was looking for money and was happy to ‘merge’ our War Chest in exchange for NDM shares and warrants.
-
We redeemed our NDM warrants for NDM shares in certificate form not long ago.
We actually have our original CLC share certificate as we have yet to exchange it for an NDM certificate.
-
Castles in Spain We had visions of our NDM stock, NAK in USA, being worth a million dollars.
In fact, if we simply returned to our 2011 high of $20.72, we would be more than half way there.
-
Today, NDM closed at 48-cents and we got in at 55-cents. So we are almost even.
However, NDM has descended from our largest holding to our eleventh largest holding.
We, our British Columbian corporation, have never sold any of our stock, we don’t even have a brokerage account.
And with the border closed due to Wuhan, it would be impossible also.
-
Hopefully over the next twenty years, NDM, the largest deposit on this planet, may yet see the light.
