Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

Agree completely. Gov't assistance is critical and will be in place before Christmas, possibly next week. As to impact on share price, I've heard higher levels but $40 - $43 definately a reachable target over next couple of months. Should pop to mid 30s just on the announcement.
