Takeover could result BECAUSE Barry is leaving, so it's not that Barry can really participate, his absence IS the catalyst for takeover. The biggest barrier to takeover are the entrenched executives...Vivo will have much less executive baggage in a takeover with Fishman and Laflamme out of the picture....I bet this news was discussed in the boardrooms of many Cannabis Companies this morning.
