While I don't agree with what ol griz says to the letter, I agree in principle. 

In an email last werk Doug said " there is no suggestion from the group they are not going to close" 
and
" IF there was any indication they were not , the market would be advised in a timely manner". 

Timely being the key word as the regulations specificy "immediately".

So, at this point, Doug is under the impression that the group offering the funding will close tomorrow. If you have verifiable information to the contrary, let's hear it, otherwise leave it alone!!!
