We have all been had...

Still halted... TD is asking to get rid of the stock that has no value... the only one I have that has no value... Kalytera! So TD must know something. 

I feel BANKRUPTCY is on the horizon... 
or restructuring meaning all retail investors are boned and the insiders get their palm greased as what usually occurs in a restructuring/bankruptcy.
