CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

It wouldn't shock me at all if KLY decided to cease operations. Only a RS and further dilution in the future to fund drug trials for another company. With over 500m outstanding shares and no revenue are there any other options?

It would be hilarious if KLY did shut down and Bob started a new company with the current licensing agreement with Salz as it's only "asset". It would confirm my suspicion that KLY is and was no more then a shell corp.
