OSK hits a nice little jewelry boxHey Juneau 103 , 13,634 ounces per tonne over 2 meters is indeed a nice little intercept , but not the greatest ever in Canada. In 1914 gold was discovered about 17 kilometers east of Matheson Ont. which came to be the Croesus mine. Five chunks of the ore was sent to the Royal Ont. Museum in Toronto where it still resides. The five chunks wieghed 85 pounds, containing 480.7 ounces of gold, which would run 11,310 ounces per short ton. That works out to 387,771 grams per metric tonne. As I read the vien was eventualy lost due to a fault , and many companies have been drilling over the years to find more of the same. Some of the ore was so rich it was sent directly to the Canadian mint to be made into gold coins. So this new hole at OSK ,while not likely true width is certainly encouraging and viens can narrow and baloon over thier legnth and run for hundreds of feet. Osk is contiuing to be a great story and is very undervalued at these stock prices. Must be some big boys needing some great reserves watching closely. GLTAL
