If these investors are for real, then let them come back when they've crossed all t's and dotted all i's, and the money is somewhere in trust in Canada ready to be transferred the minute a news release is issued.
I've probably been one of the more optimistic out here regarding GSI and given Dyment as much slack as he needed. I was even buying at 55 cts today. But sometimes in business, one needs to move on as I'm sure it's also been a huge internal distraction and frustration at GSI (if only to answer unhappy shareholder emails and phone calls).
I personally think a cancellation of the deal leads to a rebound in the share price as the focus will move elsewhere.
