Interesting Developments

Interesting DevelopmentsInteresting developments in the last three weeks since the last financials.  The D-Pods and the PP are most likely linked.  D9 has 7 million in cash and net income adjusted EBITDA is $2 for the last 9 nine months, so obviously the private placement has nothing to do with covering opex.  Leede Jones Gable would not have done this unless there was a compelling reason.  LJG would not be interested in simply bolstering  D9's cash on hand, they want to see the money spent in a way that boosts the SP quickly and significatnyly, this is why they are so successful.  I would not be surprised to see a D-Pod sale coming soon, this would explain why DN needs the cash. I can see the first customer being the Manitoba government, the province's Covid siutation is bad, and  we all know governments like to throw money at problems.  Not to mention that this would be a way for the Manitoba government to help homegrown businesses to rebuild the economy.
