why would it be going higher?

I think its more likely they dont want to scare the price lower by out right releasing news they need cash in a bad way. Need to get all that paperwork done and in place to try and keep it above 30 cents so they can do the PP at 25 cents.

Lets face it this thing is on its death spirl

Maybe it will do a RS like ACB did cause that always workds out.

the only thing that could save this company and alot like it. Biden legalizes it in all states. Which might happen. The left does need more mindless people to follow them and if the whole country is on weed they have a better chance of staying in power. Taking a move from ol T's playbook.
