What were the other non-private sources of funds?
The only grant I see is the one-time $200MM royalty credits incentive granted by Alberta, (not a cash payment), to be granted upon completion of the project. These royalty credits are to be sold by IPL to producers for cash. This represents about 5% of the capital cost of the project.
