RE:RE:RE:RE:585 million in Alstom sharesAlstom is a solid investment fortified by BBD's misfortunes. The future of mass transit is either nothing or immeasurable. More problems than BBD if it goes to zero.

I would like the new CFO to go long term on the shares providing they can manage the debt without having to sell. Alstom share price will have no impact on operations. It might be a nice stable investment play similar to McInnis Cement given some time.

  Today Alstom shares are trading at 45.75 euros...so less than what the deal was signed at.
