They voiced their confidence in both their annual report and the recent CEO address to shareholders ahead of their AGM. Both were confident in Codelco JV closing over the near-term and indicated off-take and financing would follow. Given how much longer the Codleco JV has taken then they expected, my expectation is off-take and financing are already in place at this point and are just waiting for the JV to be formalized so they can sign the papers. 

I think the interest/investment from CATL into Neo Lithium (NLC) was a great indication for how sought after these high quality/large brine resources are. NLC CEO had said they had/have many very interested parties before CATL showed up and stole the show. I imagine many of those parties would be happy to sign up today and secure the Maricunga resource - especially since its looking like they might have lost NLC. 

Just my speculation, but all signs are pointing to this deal getting done and off-take/financing not far behind.
