RE:RE:RE:Private Placement

RE:RE:RE:Private PlacementThey voiced their confidence in both their annual report and the recent CEO address to shareholders ahead of their AGM. Both were confident in Codelco JV closing over the near-term and indicated off-take and financing would follow. Given how much longer the Codleco JV has taken then they expected, my expectation is off-take and financing are already in place at this point and are just waiting for the JV to be formalized so they can sign the papers.

I think the interest/investment from CATL into Neo Lithium (NLC) was a great indication for how sought after these high quality/large brine resources are. NLC CEO had said they had/have many very interested parties before CATL showed up and stole the show. I imagine many of those parties would be happy to sign up today and secure the Maricunga resource - especially since its looking like they might have lost NLC.

Just my speculation, but all signs are pointing to this deal getting done and off-take/financing not far behind.
