RE:RE:RE:RE:Question for the board...

I will get it. If I had a choice I would take the Astra Zeneca or J/J shot. They are more traditional.

All the shots produce T cells. That's all you need for long term protection. mRNA is new technology but if I was over 60 and unhealthy, I would take my chances. Those under 60 can be more choosey

Their is no vaccine that needs a booster every year. Maybe every 7-10 years. Flu shot annual is because different virus each year.

they should be able to figure out long term to add covid to
a flu vaccine as one of the many strains of viral infections to protect against. Humans are adapatable. I would never bet agaisnt humanity.

But under 60, covid just isn't really a big issue.

This disease is SARS 2 and another rushed vaccine.  It seems safe short-term. We don't know how long it lasts. We don't know what the long-term problems might be.

This is not bashing.  This is what I observed.

I know that cutting the dividend is needed to fund big mixed use developments.  It makes sense. That is why long-term, RioCan will be great for investors, but mid-term, there is too much risk because Covid19 is far from over.  That is why imo the shareprice will go down tomorrow.  I might think differently if I too made $6 Million per year and had all the time in the world to wait.  We are going down tomorrow.  I don't see $20 tomorrow, do you?
