Rather than trying to convince everyone here to vote against management ... which failed when Meir tried to do it.  That was one feeble attempt.  Why don't you go directly to the fund managers who are carrying a larger number of shares.  They could help you in your crusade.  It's really the only way for you to get er done.

If you could get their ears and if you could convince them, you would be in a better position to make things happen.

The clock is ticking ... I think you only have 5 months to convince the fund managers.

haha, imagining that guy goes to see value fund managers and tell them to vote against Goodman because the stock price is going down and the market is telling him that what Goodman doing is wrong. LOL.
