Every plant is different and talor and designed to feed stock, weather oil, gas, cobalt, uranium, nickel. One can not just throw in some cobalt into the mix on a plant suited to particular feed stock. If they were to consider this, chemistry, engineering, plant modifications and pilot trials, and this takes time.
Also read up on the plant,
-they DO make sulfuric acid at the Fort Sask site
-however H2S gas is piped in from a third party
