$6,278.99, don't know about $100K in legal fees, sounds absurd. Private Placement of Common Shares, Prefunded Warrants and Warrants
On October 29, 2020, we, Structured Alpha LP, or SALP, and Armistice Capital Master Fund Ltd., or Armistice, entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement, as amended in November 2020, or the Purchase Agreement, and a Registration Rights Agreement, or the RRA, as part of a private placement, which we refer to as the Private Placement. Pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the selling shareholders purchased in a private placement an aggregate of (i) 5,757,894 common shares, (ii) prefunded warrants to purchase up to 557,894 common shares at an exercise price of $0.001 per share, which we refer to as the Prefunded Warrants, and (iii) warrants to purchase up to 7,894,734 common shares at an exercise price of $5.50 per share, which we refer to as the Warrants.

Here we are again paying fees and another $100,000 for legal fees. Bend over SH.
Does anyone know if we actually have employess in QC or is just executives and BOD?
Also, what is the dilution of a $200M financing of a company with a current market cap of $122M?

I believe what it says is that they are registering the shares so that they can trade them. Is this good or bad? Could be seen as a good thing as it may be a signal that they want to part of the upswing or perhaps even use the shares to generate the upswing...
After all, Thomvest's average cost is close to $14/share!
